This program is an active experience. You’ll be asked to reflect, question your assumptions, and get honest with yourself. Each session includes a combination of deep and inspiring teachings, meditation / transmission,  &/or Q&A with Kat and Char, but the work goes beyond our time together each week. 

You’ll leave each session with prompts for deeper self-discovery, along with practical work to do between sessions. For many entrepreneurs carving out that time to focus on the self or strategy can prove too difficult, we understand! We’ve structured this program with a bonus, unrecorded 30-minutes each week, where we can support you, answer Q&A and dive into your unique business questions.

Our relationship was forged long before this moment—through years as Human Resources Professionals, Government Relations Specialists, and our collaborative work with TAP (Technology and People Network). Together, we bring 40+ years of combined experience across technology, start-ups, entrepreneurship, and business scaling, supporting private clients, associations, and non-profits at every stage of growth.

We have always deeply admired one another’s sharp, grounded business mind and ability to see systems, strategy, and sustainability with clarity and precision. And while many know us for our executive roles in human resources, leadership, governance, and strategy, there is also an element of bridging the unseen, intuitive, and energetic dimensions that truly drive aligned success. Our combined approach embodies a unique footing in both the spiritual / energetic world & entrepreneurship / corporate worlds.

You’ll begin to identify where your energy is well supported and where it consistently drains, allowing you to distinguish between normal effort and misalignment. From there, you’ll explore how to simplify, adjust, or strengthen structures so your business can move forward without requiring constant overexertion.

This approach is informed by proven business principles around efficiency, clarity, and sustainability—adapted to fit the reality of being a human running a business.

Money, Metrics & Long-Term Sustainability

Money is addressed in a grounded, practical way—without disconnecting it from the human experience of building a business.

You’ll work with key financial considerations and metrics relevant to your stage of business, while also examining how your relationship with money influences confidence, risk tolerance, and decision-making. The emphasis is on developing clarity that supports calm, informed choices rather than fear-based reactions.

This work connects data and strategy with embodied awareness, so financial understanding supports stability and long-term thinking—not just short-term gains.

For those who want deeper exploration, there is an optional Cosmic Abundance Mastermind with Kathy, offering additional support around money, abundance, and subconscious patterns within a focused container.

As the program progresses, you’ll integrate what you’ve learned into clear, realistic next steps—deciding what to focus on, what to refine, and what to release. Rather than pushing forward by default, you’ll make intentional choices that support momentum without overwhelm.

There is also space to explore how support, delegation, or structural shifts may naturally emerge over time, laying the groundwork for a business that can grow without everything resting on you.

Integration, Reflection & Commitment

The closing phase of the program is dedicated to anchoring your direction and integration.

You’ll reflect on what has shifted internally and externally, clarify what you’re carrying forward, and anchor your direction with confidence. This is less about strategy and more about consolidation—allowing clarity to settle so you can move forward with steadiness and trust.

Participants are invited to share reflections or intentions in ways that feel aligned, with an emphasis on presence, completion, and grounded commitment. The emphasis is not on pitching or performance, but on being witnessed, offering presence to others, and grounding your commitment both to your business and to how you want to experience building it. We will help provide a framework but encourage you to customize your presentation, share as it feels most aligned for you.

This session creates a sense of closure and transition, helping you leave the program feeling complete, confident, and ready to move forward in real-world action.
